All fees paid to DhyanSport Sports & Physical Education Foundation are non-refundable. Once payment is completed for any course, program, workshop, seminar, event, membership, or service, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Participants may choose to withdraw or cancel their enrollment at any time. However, such cancellation does not entitle the participant to any refund, credit, or transfer of fees to another program.
DhyanSport Sports & Physical Education Foundation reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel any program, course, workshop, or event due to unforeseen circumstances, low enrollment, or other operational reasons. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to:

All sales of digital products, online courses, downloadable materials, and e-learning resources are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided once access has been granted or content delivered.
While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, if you believe you have an exceptional circumstance that merits review (e.g., serious medical emergencies), you may contact us in writing.
